Order screen at the drive thru crashed and they still got my order fast and correct. Ain't no other place around here say they can do that. I believe the lady's name was Coco on her name tag, she got us set up well.

Always check ya food coming to this Jack N tha Crack. Ask for your food fresh or you will get old curly fries that will break your molars. IJS. It's a hit or miss at this spot. Go inside to order bc the drive thru seems to get the old food.

My hash brown was old not fresh at all. The customer service was lacking. The girl at the drive thru gave me my order. I said thank you and she just looked at me and didn't say a word.
