I’ve been to this location many times and my food is always served fresh. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience at this location. I will drive out of my way for good food and service any day. I ordered the Jack’s Spicy Chicken Sandwich, egg rolls and tacos and I didn’t have a problem, food was fresh, a little wait time but who cares...

My family and I are visiting Dallas- the night staff there at 10:30 on a Tuesday- top tier service, personalitys and all the above. Fun and upbeat and literally the best drive through fast food we have experienced ‼️‼️

I give this establishment 5 stars solely because of the manager Ms.Claudia !! She is extremely kind and will ensure your concerns are addressed and satisfactory to your standards!!! I will only order food if this manager is on duty!!!!
