This particular store has a shady atmosphere, the staff is not properly uniformed, the place is dirty and looks disorganized. You cannot tell who is the manager.My experience was the worst, being one of only 2 customers in, I ordered 2 bobba drinks, 1 of each kind. 20 minutes to serve the drink which is already prepared and in a fridge. Then the employee pulled a gangster poket knife out to open the bobba bags! When he was pouring the second cup out of the same jar, I pointed out I order 1 of each kind, he looked me in the eye and said, "they are pretty much the same thing."At the end he gave me two regular straws, because they ran out of the other kind. That was the Cherry on top of the cake. The only good thing he did was to agree on giving me my money back. I am never ever going to stop by this Jack in the box location.

Been here 3 times at night,. Took forever, two of the 3 times my order was wrong, gave them about three more tries every single time I order has been incorrect and they look at you like if you’re not Hispanic, you are a piece of trash or something or if you are Hispanic and you don’t speak Spanish you’re still a piece of trash.

I went to this location and ordered two sets of egg rolls for my kids. I went back to the location to get a new set due to them being burnt. I asked for them to remake it. He stated that I ordered the eggrolls over 31 minutes ago, which is false since I live 3 minutes away from the location, so at max, it was 10-15min. He proceeded to close the window and handed me a refund, I waited, and he opened the window and stated that he wasn't remaking the order and slammed the window. It is unfortunate that a business would have rude and nasty people working. I understand that we all have bad days, but there is a wrong and right way to handle customer complaints. I would suggest that you guys do better training with the workers.

Friday 02/16/2024 at 4:15 pmcorporate needs to pay more attention to how their supervisors treat their employees, for me personally it was very outrageous and embarrassing how the supervisor treats them in front of the customers when I got to the drive thru window young man by mistake gave me a drink to which he told me sorry that drink wasn’t for you But due to the hygiene rules, I had already touched the drink so I told him to charge me for it, to which the supervising reacted very angrily, asking him what you doing when he was charging me the drink taking over the register asking me to give her the drink back I repeated to her that I will pay for the drink. It is unhygienic to give it to her so can give it to the next customer, when I already had it in my car, and her response was, "give me that drink, it's not yours. I'll throw it away and tell the young man, I'll tell you, do your job well or else I'll send you home." How rude and disrespectful she highly need manners lessons.

I told the person on drive thru window Uber eats customer asked for Ranch and hot sauce he assured me it was in the bag. The customer left no tip and 1 star due to that because there was no condiments.

How hard is it to get plain tiny tacos? I normally like this stop, but it's 6:30 am. Plain tiny tacos do not have cheese. It does not have lettuce. It does not have salsa. And it is a dollar and change less than loaded tiny tacos. Had to do a second go round to get.my tacos. Making me run late plus they didn't even offer me a refund on loaded upcharge! I know just a couple of bucks but so much more irritating when you are clear about "plain tiny tacos."

Hello jack in the box, Today at the drive tru 12/01/2023 a customer welcome me by yelling at me in the drive thru for not hurrying up and talking low, I was also told they only accept cash which i know wasnt true cause i saw a truck infront of me use his card, so I paid for my meal and slammed the window on me for no reason, i got home and i got the wrong food no sauce or napkins. I tried calling them back but they wouldn’t answer the phone knowing what they done. I would like for yall to contact this location so no one would experience this like i did
