I went to this location and ordered two sets of egg rolls for my kids. I went back to the location to get a new set due to them being burnt. I asked for them to remake it. He stated that I ordered the eggrolls over 31 minutes ago, which is false since I live 3 minutes away from the location, so at max, it was 10-15min. He proceeded to close the window and handed me a refund, I waited, and he opened the window and stated that he wasn't remaking the order and slammed the window....read full review
Friday 02/16/2024 at 4:15 pmcorporate needs to pay more attention to how their supervisors treat their employees, for me personally it was very outrageous and embarrassing how the supervisor treats them in front of the customers when I got to the drive thru window young man by mistake gave me a drink to which he told me sorry that drink wasn’t for you But due to the hygiene rules, I had already touched the drink so I told him to charge me for it, to which the supervising reacted...read full review

Been here 3 times at night,. Took forever, two of the 3 times my order was wrong, gave them about three more tries every single time I order has been incorrect and they look at you like if you’re not Hispanic, you are a piece of trash or something or if you are Hispanic and you don’t speak Spanish you’re still a piece of trash.
