Just came from the place like 3 minutes ago. I ordered my food around 6:51pm. Patiently waiting while other customers and door dash are coming in for food as well. I ordered ahead of 5 people. For some weird reason their food got taken care of first before mine?? Like how does that work. I only ordered a burger and fries, 4 tacos. Like shouldn't take that long right? Wrong everybody that ordered after me got their food first and even the door dash workers got theirs for sure. Cashier in red hair asks for my receipt. So I'm thinking ok now she noticed I've been waiting here for a while, now hopefully they'll prioritize my order. Nope, still waited for my food and man the patience I have waiting this long for food that I ended up asking for my refund. To hear, see the cashier tell the manager named Brian my food been sitting there at their counter waiting for some tacos. Like wow, I see tacos right there in wrappers waiting to get put in someone bag. Brian gave me my refund, I left my drink on their counter that I haven't even drank out of yet. No apologies or anything. I walked out the store and got in my car drove home hungry. That place needs more traing for the employees to better manage orders and get them out fast. Especially for the customers that order first before anyone else that showed up after them. Please jack in the box, have a meeting with your employees and make sure they get customers orders out on time. Don't want to be sending customers home hungry.

I love me some Jack in the Box especially the loaded breakfast and a #14 Spicy Chicken... But its also about your customer service too me and I dont care what area I'm in at night I will drive all the way to Pleasent Grove too go to this location the workers are great especially Sergio gone make it right everytime not just for me for everyone that have walked through the door or drive thru he running the show turning people frowns to a smile Great Manager Keep up the good work Sergio!
