I was kind of like in a blahhh mood as I pulled up to the pollo regio on Buckner near Bruton until I met Lucila who was real kind and had a very good and cheerful vibe radiating from her and she was very charismatic and helpful. She was careful in taking my order and even helpful in helping me save money by making a helpful suggestion as to ordering a combo instead which really did save me money. Very good and fast service. The food here was great! I did not wait long, it was freshly cooked, hot, and tasted wonderful. Sulema made sure to take my order with precision and triple checked to make sure my order was made correctly. I will definitely be coming here again!
