I went today between 2PM and 3PM, they gave me the wrong order... two more people arrived who had also given them the wrong order....Apart from that, they made fun of them instead of helping, the manager said his name was Sergio and came out to insult them. I won't go back to that place, they give orders regardless of whether people are allergic to certain foods.

Food was hot but as I was driving up to the window to order I was told not to pull up to the window for 5 minutes, other than that I had an overall great experience with the Jack in the Box drive thru.

I ordered two tacos and the tacos I received were disgusting. They were completely cold and I mean COLD!!! I could tell they were from the day prior and were left to sit all day. They didn't even bother to reheat them before given them to me. Most disgusting thing I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant.

They weren’t taking cards in the drive thru it was annoying to sit there and wait but decided to see if I can order online and Icould and it took them 4 mins, and my order was correct and. Gentlemen with glasses brought out my food as I waited in the front, super friendly and very courteous salutes to that
