I love me some Jack in the Box especially the loaded breakfast and a #14 Spicy Chicken... But its also about your customer service too me and I dont care what area I'm in at night I will drive all the way to Pleasent Grove too go to this location the workers are great especially Sergio gone make it right everytime not just for me for everyone that have walked through the door or drive thru he running the show turning people frowns to a smile Great Manager Keep up the good...
Super friendly staff and the management team is helpful. Went through the drive thru and at some point between paying and getting my food I could not locate my card or my receipt and couldn't remember receiving my card back so figured staff still had it. They were so kind to look everywhere but unfortunately they could not locate it. When I was able to finally go through my whole car, I found it had slipped through one of the cracks on the side of the seat. Super grateful...
I came in the morning and like a few days ago and this Hispanic lady with a annoying voice, take my order and she forgot my tacos and when I asked her about it she look at me if I was crazy, never coming back again
