Do not even spend your money here.I just bought two tacos and feel like I got ripped off. Barely any meat and lettuce and cheese , two tacos 2 dollars and fifteen cents.

If you value your time never come here. If you are someone who likes to order online to spend your time better this location will work on your order once you arrive not when you order. I placed my order at 12:15, they gave an estimate for 12:29 in the app. So i arrive at 12:30 and only receive my order 30 minutes later at 1. With missing items as the cherry on top.

Edit: just went there again they had good customers service and didn't mess my order up this time and it was extremely quick such a huge improvement

This is by far the worst JitB I have visited. And I’ve been to quite a few. The staff is consistently vacant, they always ask you to go park where you can’t, and they take an exceedingly long time to make the food.

At least it’s fresh? Do not attempt.

They are very stingy with the sauce, why do you include the ranch in my ticket, ask me any additional sauce and then proceed to not even place it? If I needed to pay extra I would've, now I've driven home and have no ranch 👎.

This is a cute Jack In The Box. The inside is small like a child's toy Jack-N-The Box!
Mariana G. is especially nice and has a command over what she is doing. Leslie has taken my order before and she is also very nice.
I appreciate the coupons I receive in the mail from Jack In The Box. They help save money in this era of double digit inflation we are all living through.

I have noticed a decline in both customer service and quality of the food. Which I feel compelled to bring to your attention. Everything fried, was bitter like Dark nasty oil. . During my last few visits, I've encountered staff [MARIANA] who appeared disengaged and uninterested in providing satisfactory service, and and top of that, since when Did they stop taking 2 separate orders at drive thru. She was so rude about it, worrying about a timer when there was nobody behind us. Requests for assistance were met with abrubt disrespect. Additionally, the cleanliness of the dining area when I got off to Make my separate orders, was very subpar, nothing in likeness to other Jack's I've encountered. Management needs to address these issues and not just ask for extra feedback on a website they probably don't even check. Trashhhh Customer Service along with everything else. Not again ....
