Went with my family for a special occasion and we ordered many menu items. Pupusas were Meh! Yuca with Chicharron with no flavor and barely any meat in those fat chunks, tamalito de elote was microwaved, chips are from a retail sale bag...I was willing to give a 3 star Review based on service alone as prices were high for the type of business as well, but surprise, 18% is FORCED to Customers. Never returning for the food and especially for the 18% Insult. It was clean, or so full review

I love this little place. I went the day before Thanksgiving and the woman working couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. She let me taste the little juices they had and struck up a friendly conversation while I waited for the food. I brought the mixed pupusas home and they didn't last 5 min. Black beans and rice are pretty good too! Want to try the tamales again, I had them a while back...yum!

Great El Salvadorian food! (not that I have had El Salvadorian food before, but it was delicious) November 10 is national Pupusa day, so pupusas are only a $1 each instead of $2.50 each. Pupusas are like stuffed pancakes that come in 3 different varieties - pork/cheese, loroco (a green plant that tastes good, trust me)/cheese, and pork/bean/cheese. They also come with a side of curtido (a vinegarette-like cole slaw) I tried the Bistec Encebollado (steak with onions) and it full review
