I just left the Jack in the box on Garland Road and I ordered the bonus Jack combo with curly fries and a 4 pc Nugget. I asked for my food fresh. Well I get home and fries were not fresh and the meat is old on the burger and not hot cause the cheeses was not melted and the nuggets were old. I called and spoke with the manager Maria who told me that it was fresh and I told her that I know when something is freshly cooked . I said no ma’am my food is not fresh. I then asked for her GM name and she told me her name is Rosa. So I will be calling her on tomorrow. The customer service is horrible. When you pay your hard earned money you expect your food to be correct. Should’ve went with my first mind and went to Wendy’s.Parking: Na

I wish I could give less, they should improve their customer service, apart from that the lady threw the window at me, very rude, I also work with the public no matter how tired they are, you must maintain good service... I had the number 17 and I asked them to make it fresh and hot and that's exactly what I got fresh fries curly fries and a fresh pita sandwich with a fresh diet Coke I was content with my purchase and with them taking care to ensure that it was fresh. The staff is very friendly runs a little slow The drive-thru that is but you have to understand there's so many people going to this location and it's open 24 hours a day. Thought it was this money's worth I appreciate it thank you.Vegetarian options: They have fries and like jalapeno pack poppers and like onion rings and stuff like that.Parking: More than anything else to drive through is most popular.Kid-friendliness: Definitely seems like a kid-friendly place all the very few people were inside mostly the drive-thru line is usually packed.
