Definitely below the Jack standards, but there is worse out there. The Texas jack combo was my order and the burger was fine just not hot all the way. Fries are luke warm, similar to others in the area. Why is this the new normal? Fries are supposed to be hot and fresh. Most people Guage their liking of a restaurant specifically to the fries because it's simple to get right and delicious when correctly done. This location could take some pointers from the Seagoville store....

This location is the closest to our house so we sometimes grab a bite to eat from there. I’d say it’s like most other Jacks, this particular location is not always the cleanest, sometimes we’ve visited and found the tables to not be cleared & wiped off. But for the most part it’s acceptable. I really don’t have any other REAL complaints about it.
