This place service sucks, anything you order they practicaly always say they dont have, and how do you run out of tacos and out of curly fries . Tacos is one of their top selling food. Always having to wait in line for over 30 min for freakin food in drive thru is crazy. The owner needs to find a reliable manager that can put orders in on time loss of money. 3 days later still no tacos ugh 😮💨

I got there around 7:30 am, and they hadn't opened yet. When I finally got in, the restaurant looked pretty dirty — the floor and tables were messy. And the restrooms weren't clean. Plus, my breakfast was cold. And they didn't even have the register on the front counter where I could order.

They didn’t have tacos then had to wait in line just to go home. So I wasted my time but not my money here. So here you go one star.

Had ordered a limited time item on menu and when I went to the window to pay a young lady had been serving me more than just my food. She had a bad attitude towards me and when I checked the food it was far more oily than I had anticipated for fast food and when you took a bite it was not hitting the spot I hoped for it to hit. Next time I will be checking the reviews before coming here. Do better.

hello. i went down to this jack in the box for a boba and as i was in the drive thru waiting for my order i saw the manager pick his nose. when i confronted him about the issues he told me to leave and never come back. he treats his employees terrible he doesn’t seem good at managing maybe he should switch careers. the store is disgusting.

They gave me soggy food and when asked for a refund a girl took my food and receipt but never gave us a refund. We waited 20 minutes for an update and had to ask a boy who was already leaving if he knew if we were getting our refund and he ended up doing it for us. She had a nasty attitude and was rude the entire time. Horrible customer service on her end but the boy was nice and helpful.

I was attended by Lorenzo on the 17 of this month. He offers very poor customer service. He decided he wants to argue with me after I have the receipt in my hand to prove what I ordered after Im trying to explain to him i was given the wrong item. Unfortunately it wasn't untill I got home I notice another item given not prepared how I ordered it. Management needs to be more aware of the employees attitudes towards customers.
