While in Dallas, we chose to stop at Jack Ruby's Saloon after visiting the JFK Museum. This allowed us to have some drinks and to talk about and process what we had seen, read and heard at the museum. Nice saloon. Great customer service.
Walked here from Klyde Warren park. I would do it again. Food was really tasteful. Not plain. The server Eli helped us with every special request we had. Perfect place to drop in for some good bites and a drink. Eli really made it worth while for us. My kid spilled a drink and it was no issue.

I have tried the restaurant before and everything was good and had great customer service when i sat at the bar. Decided to go again but in the evening. Order the same stacked BLT and Also their wedge salad. While sitting at the bar i checked my food and after viewing it, the salad was in a small side side container with only cheese sprinked and tortilla strips. I asked for extra of roasted corn and black beans, but did not receive and only cheese,lettuce and tortilla strips....
