I've worked in the service industry for a long time. I understand up charging in an airport. But Jamba should offer small, medium, and large. I was offered medium or large... saw that there was a spot for small with no price. I asked if they had small. The owner said, "for you, medium or large." I'm so glad it's my lucky day to pay almost $10 for a smoothie that was most likely less than a $1 to make. Just go to the jimmy johns that's attached! Same price for a whole sandwich.

Pretty pitiful offering, even for an airport location. Wanted a berry energy bowl and ended up with some kind of frozen blended fruits and banana slices on top, def not what I get when I hit up other Jamba Juices. Not worth the money or time. Service was okay just very slow, especially for what I ended up with.

Overpriced. Used to give chargers for free...this location charges 1.00! Wheatgrass looks like a burned lawn. Nice staff but product going wrong direction. I wonder if management realizes this is the reason for slow business?

I have never been treated with such disrespect by anyone at Jamba Juice before. The supervisor at the Dallas airport Jamba Juice was extremely rude to me. I saw that she "rinsed" out the blender container from the previous customer in order to prepare my drink. After asking her to please use a clean and sanitized container for my Jamba Juice drink, she began to approach me maliciously. She told me things like "people make mistakes", and I informed her I used to work in the food industry and I know how things need to be properly washed and sanitized. She said the "customer isn't always right" and began to accuse me of using a rude tone. I only asked her politely to use a clean container. I was so disappointed with my experience at this Jamba Juice location, and I feel this supervisor is not a good fit for this position.

I was traveling through the Dallas Fort Worth Airport and some travel medication I was taking was not making my tummy feel very good. I wanted to get a smoothie with some yogurt in it for the plane. The person behind the counter was extremely slow. It took him so long that I never even got the drink. I had to make a choice between the drink and the plane. A $7 loss versus missing a connection to Miami. I contacted their customer service at head office and got the polite reply: Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Although we are sorry to read about your experience, we find your feedback very helpful in giving us direction as to where we need improvement. On behalf of all of us here at Jamba Juice, please accept our sincerest apologies for the poor service and product we provided you at our DFW-Dallas International Airport location. From what you have described, we have some additional training and coaching to perform right away. Our field management team will review and follow up with the members of our team at this location. We pride ourselves on offering our customers a positive, uplifting experience. We greatly appreciate you allowing us the opportunity to address your concerns and to make things right. If you would extend to us your mailing address we'd like to send you a complimentary menu item card for you to use on your next visit. We look forward to hearing from you! Sincerely, Katrina I thanked Katrina for her offer and sent my information. No item card was in my mail box after a month so I sent a follow up email to see if my reply had not been received. I got no response. I sent a second follow up which also got no response. Maybe my email was getting sent to their spam filter so I called them. I was on hold for a while with their automated system then pushed to voice mail. Maybe I am naive but I thought there would be a call back explaining what happened...nope. My opinion of Jamba Juice now is that they are a disreputable company. They lie to the customer telling them what they want to hear. When someone actually calls them on what they promise they put you in the cone of silence and pretend not to get your emails or voice mails. In short I will not purchase anything from this location or any other Jamba Juice in the universe. Jamba Juice you suck!

Sweet Amina saved the day! I had an early flight departing out of DFW but Jamba Juice wasn't open yet. She was so gracious and took my order in spite of the kiosk being closed. Amazing customer service. She needs a raise and a foot massage because this girl is legit!

I honestly do not believe that it would be possible for the people at this JJ to be slower. Even though there was only one person ahead if me, I bailed at the 10 minute mark. Not sure if the (sole) person working was stoned, lazy or just incompetent but it doesn't take more than 2 minutes to toss some shit in a blender and press a button. Perhaps the employees here need to ingest some of the energy boosting creations they sell.

The computer doesn't register free boosts, but if you ask nicely, they can put one in for free!
