We celebrated 2 birthdays while here for a lovely dinner. The appetizers, dinner and desserts were all marvelous. The service was very friendly, helpful and attentive. You can't ask for more in a restaurant!

Our business Team met here for an evening meal at the end of our conference and it was a really nice experience. The appetizers were good and the steak was really good. Plus, the dessert was really nice. The atmosphere is a plus and our servers were on their game. A great experience for our Team.

Good food, staff that night was great, but just know... everything is ala cart... so, this can be a costly dinner. Most of the dinners had a BBQ flair, which was fine, but do ask if they can do it another way, if you are not into BBQ. They can oblige with certain dishes.

MR DOUGLAS MARTIN HAS REALLY HELPED ME IN TRADING AND MAKING ALLOT OF MONEY FOR THE SUPPORT OF MY BUSSINESS, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Him TO EVERY ONE IN THIS PAGE TO ALSO GET ADVISE FROM HE ON HOW TO MAKE MONEY ON FOREX TRADING.This may be inappropriate here but i have been looking for a resourceful investment to make and after so many failed trials, i have been able to secure a proper investment which i am benefitting $8500 weekly just from investing $1000, and it would be wrong

I had bad luck with my operation and I went through a very strong infection, Dr Agbomian was pending at each stage until I completely healed, I can't imagine someone more professional, capable, excellent Dr Agbomian , great human quality. a thousand% recommended. I dare to say the best in everything!

I reserved a table for 4 for NYE weeks in advance. 3 days prior, I receive a text informing me (for the first time) that dinner will be from a pre-selected menu and will be $90/per person. Realize that if I order the same exact options on December 30th, it would be $44. So, Jasper's leaves me with these 2 choices: (1) pay double what you would normally pay (not 20% more, but 100% more), or (2) cancel my reservation and hope to find reservations at another restaurant within 72 hours of NYE (good luck!). Here's the stunning part: when I contacted Jaspers to inquire about this, the young lady on the phone went to get the manager and then returned to say he was "in a meeting with the chefs." I asked, "at 5:45?" She said "yes." She then took my name and number and said the manager would call me back. Big surprise! NO CALL. I'm not sure how Jasper's could have treated a customer more poorly. Needless to say, Jasper's is off my list of places I will do business in the future.

The atmosphere is excellent and the service is off the chain. I had some of the best fried brussel sprouts and herb chicken.

An early Friday night it was. Livelier was their patio; very quiet was their dining room. Mix of casual to dressy attire. Server in training to our booth. Our tastings from their 3 menus, HH: "Sliders", dry was the meat - Specials: "Sushi Tower", nice but nothing special - Main: "MUSSELS", fully opened plump mussels with an amazing broth. Not that anything was bad, every part of the evening was okay. I will keep in mind of possible future visits of my fond memories of the once Abacus and Jasper's in Plano, and, leave Jasper's Uptown on its own accord. Cheers!

Service not good! Had a reservation, they were not ready for us. We had 12 for a birthday party, service was poor, food was average and the bill was too much for what they do not offer! Poor poor service!

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I can not post with zero stars We had a table of 12. We had a reservation. No hostess to greet and acknowledge us. The table was not prepared for our visit. We had a server who never had a big table. I blame management. There was no one managing the restaurant. They were not busy. They had a group in the back that was way more important than the only 12 of us. It took forever to get tickets. 30 min. The server wouldn't ask if we needed anything else. I could go on and on. I spent $200 on a plate of average food and poor poor service! The cherry on the top is the consultation prize the restaurant felt was fair for our average price per person of $125 was a $25 gift card we could split amongst two people. Do not go here. Save your money and your time and eat literally anywhere else.

Ladies night! Delicious and such great prices. Our server, Ben, was beyond nice. So attentive and friendly!! He truly cares and is such a kind person. Can't wait to go back!

Really was looking forward to this meal. Opted for takeout and was disappointed how terrible everything was. The macaroni was scorched so bad we had to throw it out, the pork entrée was not a advertised or they forgot something like the meal. Tacos tasted great but they didn't take the steam from the salmon making the shells soggy. This place has fallen so far since Kent left.

We had been to a different Jasper's and had a great experience so I was excited to try Jasper's Uptown. We also had been to this location when it was Abacus and the pictures of the menu that I reviewed suggested some carryover. So I was really expecting a great experience. Instead, the best word to describe our experience is "disappointing." Nothing was horrible, but it certainly was not great and nothing really came together to make it a quality experience. We went for dinner on a Saturday night and although we went early, the place was nearly empty except for people eating at the bar for happy hour when we left. We found out about the happy hour menu only when we leaving. The dinner menu was limited and we actually struggled to find something that was enticing. The menu in May 2021 was different from the pictures of previous menus and had no carryovers from Abacus. Disappointing. We started with the deviled eggs and they were ok, but had some weird flavor that I could not identify. Too much mustard? Who knows, but I did not really like them very much. We then split a wedge salad. It was a poor comparison the wedge we had at Kenny's a week earlier. If Kenny's wedge is a 10, Jasper's is a 4 or at most 5. Some parts of the lettuce were not crisp, there was a lot of brown pieces, not enough dressing, and the soggy onion ring at the bottom is confusing. Are you supposed to eat it is or it decoration? It's so so soggy as to be gross. We each got the steak filet which is reasonably priced for 6oz at $32. We asked for medium for both. I got medium, the wife got medium rare or even rare. If the filet is still dark red with red blood running out, it is not medium. Although the quality of the meat was good, what was most egregious was a total lack of seasoning of any kind. When we both took our first bite, we looked at each other and simultaneously said out loud "there is no flavor!" I asked for salt and that made it better, but still, a professional chef should know to season a steak. Our server was fine and I don't have any complaints about the service. I don't mind spending $150 on a dinner if the experience is high quality and the food is outstanding. We had a disappointing experience and for that reason the experience was not worth the money. We have no motivation to return.

We had such a fun time at Jaspers, they had a painting class, which I attended with my girlfriends. We had the best time and the painting instructor was amazing at giving directions and guiding us to complete our painting. We had wine and pizza which were delicious, the crab cake was a little dry, so stick with the pizza. The space is large and we felt safe the whole time. They told us about other events they have like trivia night. We will be back for sure.
