Not the best location. They close early, they were mopping the floor at 8:30. Didn’t greet me, felt like I was inconveniencing them. Everyone just looked pissed off. Aside from them half way making my sandwich, (literally throwing it together) I almost broke my neck on the wet floor.

Not accommodating for gluten free whatsoever even though advertising gluten free bread. They used to clean the grill for people with celiac and heat the bread up but now refuse to do so. Will never come back to this location. Poor customer service and attitude.

Tried getting a sandwich here but the employees told me that the store was closed at 6:15 on a Sunday despite hours showing they are open and workers being inside.

Place went downhill. Bad health and safety practices at this location.

Is that all there is? I have been a fan of Jersey Mikes for years, but this store set a new low. The person that was slicing had no idea what he was doing, and butchered everything that he was trying to slice. Instead of slices, it was shreds, and as you can see in my photos, I would be surprised if I had 2 oz total of meat and cheese on my #7. When he had to use two different blocks of cheese - that were rectangles, not round like provolone should be, I politely asked if he was sure that was provolone. He scowled at me and said he knew what he was doing, and kept "slicing."The only bright spot was the woman that added the veggies and sauce - she was lovely, and have me exactly what I asked for, and more. When I got to the car I checked my sandwich, and yes, it was swiss not provolone. I just didn't have the energy to argue with them, and decided that the issue would get more attention and hopefully retraining by posting it here, than going back into a store where it was obvious that no one cared about customer service.

I absolutely love jerseys mikes at one point in time I ate it 14 days straight twice a day but this location is a disgrace to the other jerseys mikes I've been to. The bread is constantly stale and I've been at this location 5-6 times maybe. I do not recommend going to this location hopefully they figure it out soon but I won't be giving them another chance.

Disappointment. Almost $10 for a sandwich that 1) wasn't made with the ingredients as advertised different sauces) and 2) the one edit I requested (not to put one thing on the sandwich) was evidently too much to accommodate. Prices too high for a low quality experience.

I gave it a 5 star overall because I love Jersey Mike's, but this particular store overloaded on the lettuce ?. The flavor was there "Mike's way" of course, but too much lettuce.
