Upon arrival I was not greeted and the gentleman behind the counter ignored the Doordash/Uber driver. He was plain rude and did not listen to the fact that he had a pickup. I overstand long days, and bad ones, however, we have to still TRY and be kind. Especially when customer service is at the forefront. I left without ordering.

I just want to shout out Dekembae (I’m so sorry for how I spell his name). I was so indecisive and he was so patient and gave suggestions. Also, I have a gluten allergy (and I know, coming to a sandwich shop, I’m risking it) but he wiped everything down and used squeezable condiments that was just super attentive to detail. You guys have a rockstar there.

Jersey Mike's sees to really be on top of their game not only with the awesome Subs they serve that are one of a kind but their customer service is always top of the line at every location that I have been to and I have visited many!!
This particular location on Lemmon Ave in Dallas TX had a mother and her son and daughter working at this location and I would have never noticed until I was told as they served my order!!! Just like this perfect trio all had the awesome...
