This review is not for the food but the dedication a certain gentlemen had during a busy hour. Thank you Steve, young gentlemen who was cutting the meats, for catching my protein off the grill while, my guess, the shift lead and employee was having a fued. Thank you bro for keeping a cool attitude and trying to help where you thought was needed. It sounded like your leader didn't appreciate you when you asked but I want you to know I did. I have always supported this location and always tell people that Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich place... but not anymore.

A couple weeks ago, I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich. The "assistant manager" was pretty nonchalant about it, which didn't feel right to me. Completely unacceptable. However, the owner of this particular location did reach out to me, which I did highly appreciate.

I chose this Jersey Mike’s because it got a 4.5-star rating so I had never been to that one before I decided I’d drive from Arlington 16 miles away from where I live. I met a friend there and I was not disappointed. My expectations were exceeded. Customer service was impeccable and very friendly and they were very kind and asked questions. The person who checked me out had a great sense of humor, so whatever you are doing here at Jersey Mike’s keep doing it You’re doing...
