How unprofessional to have people come for an interview and the manager isn’t even at the store. So unprofessional! This location is nasty compared to other locations just awful
I absolutely love this sandwich shop, and I absolutely love this location. Right on Elm Street in downtown dallas, it's across the street from the 7-Eleven and it's a quick walk over to the Dart Akkard Street Station. I always get the spicy Italian sandwich. I'm from New York originally, and that sandwich really reminds me of the type of food I grew up eating. The employees are respectful, they make the sandwiches fast, and it's just a good location it's a good store. If you're hungry for a sandwich definitely stop by and get the Italian the spicy Italian.
It's JJs, i will always love the house-made bread. I stopped in when my train got delayed- cleanest bathroom I've seen in downtown! The employees were super friendly and very fast, I really enjoyed my visit.

I live down the street. This location is awful. It’s only decent on weekends in the evening. If you go during the day on a weekday, it will take forever. I worked at Jimmy John’s and it was unbelievable to watch them chitchat and take 10 min to make a sandwich that could have been done in 2. I was the only person, it was not busy, they just don’t care.
This is every time I go here. Employees are slow and take their time to make anything. Ordering one sandwich takes forever. Sandwiches used to be done in 1 min now take 10 because there is no urgency

This place is so unprofessional as soon as you walk in you have to greet them they do not greet you everyone is walking around eating in the back I have had to reschedule my interview three times because of the manager not me I was actually 30 minutes early every time and then once I finally do talk to him after lying and saying he wasn't there I have to have my own bike isn't this something that should be put in the application or something Make sure you have your own bike these people are so unprofessional and as far as the general manager goes he was just put there for a person to unlock the store because he is sure isn't a general manager
I frequently had ordered from JJ's. This will be the last time I give this place my business. This is a small city so it's not as if they have more than one location here. I mostly ordered for delivery. When ordering I checked the freebies like napkins and mayo packets. First time I let it slide when the mayo was not in the bag, Second time I called and they offered to bring since my house is close to the location and I said ok .The third time I went through the drive thru and the mayo was not in the bag so I had to go back through the drive thru and ask for it. The fourth time for delivery, again mayo not in the bag and I called and complained. This last time again no mayo so I called and the guy was rude and said its in the bag. I said you think I would waste my time calling if it was. If I wanted to say something was missing wouldn't I say some food was missing to try to get free food. He hung up on me. That really pissed me off and they wouldn't pick up the phone when I called back.Im sure they have caller ID. So I called their corporate customer service number and told them about it. I don't care if it sounds petty but if after knowing of this issue you can't get it right when I spend for my family 20 to 40 dollars each time then I can take my business elsewhere. There are too many options of places that care about their customers. I'm easy going but this is ridiculous. Hanging up on me was the last straw. Corporate said they would talk to the higher up of that location (not sure if upper management or owner) but I don't think it will change and honestly who knows they might spit in my food since they know my name and address because of the delivery. Sounds crazy but you hear of that stuff happening. Anyway, I like their food , no complaints there but the worst customer service!!

Dominique and his co worker Dietrick made the experience what it supposed to be man. Best service I had at a restaurant in general in a long time and then on top of that delivered on the food, exceptional service. And I’m not even from the area told them I’ll leave them a review if it was all I could give them to tip my hat towards their effort.

Asked for a recommendation & ordered a sandwich, the new Cajun chicken wrap. After the first bite I knew I just didn’t like it. I nicely asked if I could just get my money back to get something else to eat that day , and the manager refused because I took a bite off of it. Says that nots how it works . I am service industry so I know that is how that works. But not wanting to argue, I then just asked for the corporate number, and all of a sudden she could do a refund. But because I asked for corporate number, she says now because I asked for this refund that I am banned from this place . To which I replied that’s fine , I wasn’t going to come back. If you want better service and food just go to Chick-fil-A across the street loves .
