The guy's here at Jimmy Johns are first class. They are extremely helpful and super fast! They are one of the most accommodating Jimmy Johns that I have ever been to! I would definitely recommend them for any meal and especially big catering orders. Alex and his team are very helpful and definitely a AA+ asset to the community! These dude's rock!! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I placed my order online. I usually order the subs as they are, but I decided to take advantage of the freebies. I was not disappointed they never give me ingredients that are not fresh. I have always ordered the slim 5 with oil and vinegar (that comes on the Italian sub) on the side and NEVER have I had a problem ordering this sandwich like this until today. I even said to charge me like I don't care what you have to do to get me this sandwich with the oil and vinegar on the side or I can go spend my money somewhere else. And they said okay. So I left and went somewhere else. It's a real bummer because I come here often to eat and they just lost my business. Please get your team all on the same page with this type of custom order so people like my self don't waste their time. I can't tell you how long I've been ordering my sandwich this way and for you to tell me no I can't order it that way and make me leave, we'll that's unacceptable. I want to give you my money and eat your Sammie's and let you profit off of me but you wouldn't allow it. What a waste.

For some reason. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in. Instead, the cashier just stared at me and said nothing. I asked about the new sandwich and his answer was short and course. I ordered my sandwich and paid. My bank flagged my charge as fraud as I am not usually in this area. I politely asked if I could move to the side while I authorized the transaction. He said ok and he preceeded to tend to the customer behind me. While authorizing my transaction, I noticed his disposition was surprisingly friendly and courteous with every customer after me. He even asked if they were members of the rewards club prior to taking their order. Once he was done servicing his customers, I was rung up. He still didn't offer me any combo, promotion or ask if I was a reward member. He continued to stare, had no conversation and rushed through the process. The entire experience was uninviting and weird. He acted like he couldn't wait to get me out of the store. I've frequented Jimmy John's in other cities and the vibe was always upbeat, Friendly and welcoming. That was not the case here. I won't be back to this location.
