Nice atmosphere. The enchiladas, shrimp fajitas and chips and sauces were delicious. Only saw refried beans on the menu and I prefer charro beans. I think restaurants have reduced plate size and increased price. Parking is only valet.

Love the ambiance! Our server was absolutely attentive to every detail in our table. The guy singing was also phenomenal! Didn’t know if it was the radio or not, that’s how good he was. However, the sunroom was way too hot and made the experience slightly less appealing

Made a reservation at the bar for 8:15 pm on a Wednesday night and was confirmed by the restaurant. When I arrived after driving 25 minutes I was told by the manager that the kitchen had just closed due to them being slow for the evening. I received no prior communication from the restaurant at all. The regular closing time for the restaurant is 10 pm on Wednesdays. Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

Extremely disappointing valet experience on Jan 18 (after 8 PM). The valet drove my car quickly over a sudden driveway/road transition and we heard the scraping as it happened. The front underside of my vehicle was damaged. The valet denied responsibility on the spot, and management has not responded to my email requesting the valet company’s insurance/claims contact and preservation of camera footage. I’m leaving this review because the lack of response is unacceptable.

I was in Dallas for a quick weekend and saw José’s featured on Netflix and knew I had to go. Shockingly, I was able to get a reservation for Saturday night without an issue. I had the carnitas, my wife had the salmon pastor, and my son had the beef tacos. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented and tasted so good. I couldn't believe the low prices for such quality food. In Jersey, it would have been double the price. The atmosphere was spectacular also. Well done, I can't wait till we return.

Having a reservation for our group of 12 celebrating a birthday, it was the first time to Jose for each of us. The space is comfortable and appealing. My house frozen margaritas, short rib enchiladas and guacamole were excellent as were the chips and especially the tomatillo salsa. Overall the food is excellent and one companion remarked about the coconut ceviche.
The service overall, was acceptable: not excellent and not bad. However this and the excellent food experience pale when the server refused to split our check. One companion spent almost 30 minutes splitting it manually. I cannot remember ever, any restaurant refusing to split checks.
I realize this can be a challenging task for servers that work very hard. However, modern point-of-sale systems make it seamless and easy. Knowing it was a large group, perhaps the server should have asked about split checks in advance.
