I usually love supporting local businesses, but I can’t support how Juju’s Coffee is running their so-called Community Week. They’re giving 50% off coffee to teachers, janitors, librarians, hospital workers, and first responders — all of which is great — but not to military members or veterans who have actually served and fought for this country.
When I asked if veterans were included, they told me “no,” and that we only get 10% off year-round instead. So, somehow, during Community Week, my service to this nation is worth less than that of others they chose to honor.
It’s disappointing and frankly disheartening to see that those who risked their lives to protect our communities aren’t considered worthy of the same gesture as others on the list.
If you truly want to celebrate the whole community, don’t leave out the people who wore the uniform.

Impeccable vibes and delicious coffee! Juju’s has quickly become my favorite coffee spot in Dallas. The coffee is perfect every time. You can tell the baristas are truly passionate about coffee and customer service. They are so sweet every time I go in, and you can tell most people in there are regulars.
They don’t have a ton of seating but it has never deterred me from going! I feel like the small intimate atmosphere is part of what makes Juju’s unique and perfect.
I buy their East Dallas Blend for my espresso machine at home and love supporting a local shop like Juju’s.
I have tried their teddy graham latte, Otis latte, and matcha latte with honey and all of them have been wonderful - not too milky, not too sweet, and the espresso comes through perfectly. The matcha was the best matcha I’ve had in Dallas.

I came to this coffee shop today after my eye doctor appointment, I needed a quick pick me up. I noticed the logo outside and it looked familiar. Later, I came home and found out I had been following their Instagram for a while. So, happy coincidence that I finally made it in here. I also didn't realize how close it was to me.
I choose coffee shops based on photos that showcase beverages that look more traditional. No shade to those who like sweet or drinks or prefer lots of milk in their coffee, you may find something you like here, but I think this would be preferential to a traditional coffee lover.
The barista was very friendly, we had a casual back and forth conversation, no pressure to talk and matched the customer's energy.
I ordered a latte with less milk (or an iced cappuccino), sometimes orders like those make the barista glitch 🤭, but she understood. When I got my drink the cup was only filled about half an inch up from the top and the color was a nice light brown. Even better, the espresso had a bright and nutty flavor, sometimes you can get the drink right but the espresso often tastes disappointing.
All in all, I came in expecting a typical non-dairy milk latte and ended up pleasently surprised. It was definitely the highlight of my day, sounds a bit over the top but it really is the little things.

I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops in Dallas but JuJu’s is easily one of the best. Not the biggest in terms of workspace but whereas I usually sip my coffee, I have to actually work to not chug theirs because of how good it is. Their baristas? The sweetest group by far. I’m not sure what kind of training they go through, but they consistently make a day more pleasant just through their interactions. I’m so glad to have a place like this.
Had the matcha with peach syrup, very delicious!! Customer service was great 😊 Interior isn’t very large but it has a nice cozy vibe. We’ll be back :)

After having amazing coffee and matcha drinks throughout the world, the iced Vanilla latte here didn’t have that espresso taste. It was a milk drink with a light hint of coffee flavour it seemed. We also got an iced matcha latte and, unfortunately, that also tasted like just milk with no matcha taste. It was a disappointing experience after seeing the 5 star ratings and reviews, not sure why that is so.

This spot is so cute. The staff was extremely friendly and there were many drink options. I got the beekeeper latte. So yummy. My sister got a lavender matcha and it was amazing. Will be coming back.
