...parking is literally a nightmare & really just not worth the hassle
This is a sweet coffee shop located close to the start of Katy Trail. There's plenty of space to work or relax. I visited because of my coffee passport and ordered a vanilla latté with almond milk, which was tasty. My only issue was finding parking in the afternoon - it took me a while to locate a street parking spot. Despite this, the coffee is good, and I enjoyed talking to the staff about the coffee passport. This place is worth a visit.

Barista with uncalled for attitude. Then proceeds to make the drinks for the 2 customers behind me before getting to mine

It was pretty understaffed for a Saturday morning. I ordered a latte (forget what it was called--used caramel and vanilla syrup) and although it was good coffee, the syrup was not mixed in properly and sank to the bottom.
The staff member was OK (she was definitely overworked and the other barista was very much needed), but the other customers were rather chilly, and my croissant order took a while to come out, considering it was just a croissant.
Kid-friendliness: It is not kid-friendly.

Probably the best and most affordable coffee shop in the area. I got an iced vanilla latte with Oatmilk, almond croissant, and the Gouda bagel sandwich (absolutely slapped), and spent $22 altogether. Service was super quick and they had a nice seating area. Highly recommend

ZERO parking??
The food and coffee is excellent and as a resident I really enjoy having a coffee shop in the building. I just wish they would open on time. It’s advertised as 7am but they rarely have someone there at that time. I highly recommend the Avacado toast with a fried egg on sourdough!

The coffee here is so good, made with espresso that is rich and balanced. The specialty drinks are interesting without being super sweet. My only complaint is that the location is definitely understaffed, usually there's one barista who is doing everything, and a long line.

Amazing coffee, walked in here after a run and was greeted with the warmest welcome. Made conversation with Daniela, she was so sweet and had great recommendations. I ended up drinking the best latte I’ve ever had.

Very disappointed and the care the staff had. We have been here a few times and the first was pleasurable but the next 2 were not. When my wife asked what’s on drip the reply was “I don’t know, some kind of mix” then when we purchased a bag of beans we were told register was “broke” but they can take cash, we were then charged $30 for a bag that’s listed online for $19. The girl told my wife she didn’t have change for a $50 in register so she had to get from her purse.
