Horrible service. Just went to pick up an order from the app. Picked up several times in the drive-through I have a hurt leg and I was able unable to come inside asked and pick up my food through the drive-through and everybody goes no not right now. I told her I’ve done it before she goes. Oh well very rude.

I tend to eat here often and today i come in and they tell me the desserts are served cold. Why in the world would a cherry pie popper be cold. The lady tells me oh we fry them and sit them out before hand thats why they are cold. We don't serve them hot anymore. I will not be returning to this place.

Horrible experience!!! Everyone so damn rude at this place especially the girl running the window, I was never disrespectful I tried to tell her I couldn’t hear anything when I was trying to order so I pulled up to the window and she just had a nasty attitude I was just trying to order food for my daughter . like get another job if your so miserable !! 🙄🙄

i wish i could do 1 star. people here lack common sense. i dont even have the patience to write what happened. just avoid coming here, its been 4 times in a row i come here and leave so insatisfied with the service amd order. look for a different KFC elsewhere, this one is crap

Went 3 times before noon and they were out of chicken breasts, AND they never knew it until I pulled up to the window. Every. Single. Time. Things that make you go hmmm? KFC out of chicken breasts before the lunch rush - they were not out of chicken breasts. Got the message loud and clear.

Bad service, I was missing chicken in my order and they don't answer the cell phone to make the claim. Then I went to ask for the pieces I was missing and the manager verbally attacked me. I think that these people should be removed from the business or trained to provide good service. Terrible service. Unfortunately, I won't go back there and I will make bad comments because one doesn't deserve that bad attitude.

The Service is very slow at night, they have a young woman attending to the self-service, and only two cooks, while the main bar is alone, I have been here for approximately 20 minutes waiting to be served.

To start, it's not clean. I was placing an order to redeem my points. Before I pressed the place order button, I asked the young pregnant lady if this was correct. She stated I don't know anything about the app." You can place your order online or on the kiosk. I asked her, "Are you the manager?" She stated yes. I did said "You are supposed to know that, and you need to learn how. She gave me my order, which was 5 piece chicken nuggets. Pic is at the end. Within the last 2-3 years, things have gotten worse. They cook soooo much food and pile it under the heat lamp. Then, it is dried out, too hard to eat. Well, I tried to post Pic, but I will have to try later.
