Bad service, I was missing chicken in my order and they don't answer the cell phone to make the claim. Then I went to ask for the pieces I was missing and the manager verbally attacked me. I think that these people should be removed from the business or trained to provide good service. Terrible service. Unfortunately, I won't go back there and I will make bad comments because one doesn't deserve that bad attitude.

The Service is very slow at night, they have a young woman attending to the self-service, and only two cooks, while the main bar is alone, I have been here for approximately 20 minutes waiting to be served.

To start, it's not clean. I was placing an order to redeem my points. Before I pressed the place order button, I asked the young pregnant lady if this was correct. She stated I don't know anything about the app." You can place your order online or on the kiosk. I asked her, "Are you the manager?" She stated yes. I did said "You are supposed to know that, and you need to learn how. She gave me my order, which was 5 piece chicken nuggets. Pic is at the end. Within the last 2-3 years, things have gotten worse. They cook soooo much food and pile it under the heat lamp. Then, it is dried out, too hard to eat. Well, I tried to post Pic, but I will have to try later.

I went to the KFC at 11333 Garland Rd Dallas, TX 75218 at about 6:30pm last night, a Saturday night, to pick up a dinner for 3. Wow what a mistake. I wanted a 8 piece bucket meal with 2 breasts. First they tell me they only have breasts in original not crispy. Ok fine. When I opened the bucket at home there were 2 pieces sitting on a seperator paper above all the others. Well those should be the breasts right? Well it was 1 breast and 1 thigh and no other breast in the bucket. You obviously need some additional training at this store so your staff knows the difference between a breast and a thigh. This was not the first time it's happened here. None of the chicken was particularly hot or crispy.
Now lets get to the sides. We wanted mashed potatoes and something green. They were out of mashed potatoes so we got cold fries. Then since you don't carry any green vegetables, WOW, we got even colder mac and cheese. Good thing we have a microwave. I bet your store does too.
Overall, it was a horrible dining experience and not the first one we've had at this store. I swore I would never go back, but my mom was visiting and she really wanted KFC. This store needs a major overhaul or just closed. It's pathetic.

Macaroni was cold never heated completely cold, chicken was not as hot as it should and I asked for diet coke and received Dr Pepper. The woman stated they were out of Pepsi so she rattled off what they had I chose Diet Coke and it tasted like Dr Pepper which I do not like. It’s not the end of the world but never again I purposely don’t go to fast food restaurants but I took a chance and it’s all good. Never again I never go to fast food but I was exhausted from work and took a chance.
Ordered 6 piece family meal. The chicken arrived however the sides and biscuits were not delivered. There is no way to contact them. I believe the phone has been left off the hook. Sadly

The food was trash I ordered the meal for 2 chicken sandwich on the app with 4pcs tenders and it was for delivery ?. The chicken sandwiches were hard and chewy the tenders aren't even tender they were cold and hard as a rock even my dog spit it out cause the tenders were mainly for him. If I could give this place a zero star I would. Oh plus they forgot to give my dasher the drinks which he had to go back for I felt bad for him going back but he made the effort to get it for me. Y'all need to do better and start making food right and stop giving us shitty food.

Cold old food, so old could not tell if our chicken was original or crispy though we ordered original, biscuit hard and crumbly not edible. Even the chicken in the famous bowl was olld and cold, will be contacting cooperate on this.
took my star from 2 to a 1, PLEASE STOP SELLING OLD CHICKEN, I could not tell original from crispy, it was hard and dry so I guess it did not matter if it was crispy or original they need to do better

Didn't think to read the reviews first, 11:00 a.m. pickup order and nuggets were soggy and weird color, also didn't get my 2 KFC sauce... which was clearly stated on the order ticket, and got a weird evil vibe from lady at front counter..won't ever be back
