I pulled over at Garland and Jupiter super super hungry and I came in and I got the eight piece chicken drumettes excellent they taste so delicious and it was so fresh. I appreciate the manager and I’m so satisfied with my food in the service.

Just got home after going through the drivethrough, i ordered a large side of mash potatos and gravy, i was charged for it, but they did not put it in my bag, am too far to drive back and ofcourse they dont give you receipts, so cant effin do

If you’re craving fried chicken please do yourself a favor and don’t come here. There is no customer service. The employees here do not know what customer service is. Chicken is low quality and it isn’t even crunchy. I guarantee you they don’t even cook it appropriately. They probably recycle the batches of chicken.. your order will never be complete. They always seem to mess up my order. This place is not it. Why is this KFC still open? Seriously. It’s disgusting.

They do not put everything you order in the bags..they are too busy talking and lolly gagging around to pay attention to anything...it's very upsetting when u just got off of work are extremely tired and have to come back because you guys don't do your job....

Okay so everything was fine at the beginning. I came here and I ordered some food to go. I didn't go home straight away since I had a few errands to run, but when I did get home I realized that the cashier had charged me for a side of mac and cheese that I ordered and they hadn't even given me the side of mac and cheese. When I realize this, I tried to call about it (I tried multiple times) and nobody answered. So I never got my mac and cheese.
