I came in today on my lunch break and waited like 25 minutes to get my food and it was wrong. I paid $1.50 extra to have large potatoes and got small potatoes. I asked for a chicken breast and got all dark meat. I even had the guy at the window repeat the order. He definitely understood what I was asking for.!!!! I keep trying to call and get my order fixed and they will not answer. $33.84 is not something to be playing with. I was also charged for a pot pie and they said they didn’t have any pot pies! He substituted the pie for a bowl, but then skipped out on all my other food. I do not eat dark meat, so I’m very upset that I didn’t get my breast or

Horrible customer service. No one speaks loud and or clear. Taco bell portion is always closed or not being served... Lobby is always dirty and homeless people like to hang out near the drive through asking for food or money...

I should go to a supervisor and see how dirty the restaurant is, it is disgusting to eat there. If the bathrooms are grimy, I can't imagine what the kitchen was like. And please give your employees a customer service course...

If I can give this place 0 stars I would !!!! So rude food is disgusting never serve fresh food never have chicken , always having a ugly attitude ....... Tonishea M is the worst employeee she's always having an attitude I just order on the drive thru & she gave us a whole attitude !!! She needs to have good customer service & if she don't want to work let her go home instead of having a bad attitude with customers .......... Food cold & had me waiting for the past 10 min !!!!

Online order ready when I arrived for pickup. All good correct in order. Hot and tasted very fresh. At first they couldn't find or acknowledge my family sized order or payment but cleared up quick. I'd go here again.

Jeroy has excellent customer service and very professional the only issue is the manager doesn't have any respect for her employees screams at the employees in front of customers. She need to go back to training for better way of treating employees. All the other employees are very friendly.

Been twice. First time was a while back, ordered in the app, waited in the drive thru to pick up my order, was told i have to go inside to get the order. Food was standard kfc. Nothing out of the ordinary, just annoying because some magical barrier exists that doesn't allow for people to recieve a app order they have already paid for.

Went today, sat at the speaker for a couple minutes, was about to drive off and was finally told "would you mind coming inside?". I decided to go across the street to mcdonalds instead.

This is the location putting the cheeky "now hiring people who show up to work" sign a while back. Are you telling me they can't put up "drive thru closed, please order inside" on the marquee?

Is it beyond the realm of possibilities to maybe block off the drive thru with a few cones, or even put a sign on the speaker?

Why is it such a big deal to go inside? Well looking at other reviews, this isn't a unique experience. Apparently this is a ongoing issue and has yet to be fixed. I don't blame management at all. They are doing a poor job. I do blame the franchisee because they don't seem to care at all, and ultimately, are responsible for the reputation of their location. If they enable the poor management of their location, they accept the mismanagement and substandards.

I can't imagine this is a corporate run location.

Even if fixing the speaker is out of the budget, pull a page from Halls Chicken and adopt order at the window. This is simple stuff folks.

This KFC is connected with a Taco Bell.
I went there tryin to order me some Taco Bell. But the young lady could not hear me well and I could not hear her well thru the intercom.
Anyway after I order, and I was the only car at the time.... she asked me to pull up so I wouldn't run the time up
I ordered another drink, but as I waited on my food I still never got my extra Pepsi!
I also was missing the chips that went with the queso!!

Usually only use the drive thru but the woman said I had to come inside. Once inside, I saw how dirty the place was and either saw a small roach or a huge fly crawling around close to the chicken. The food has always tasted fine but after seeing the inside, I won't be returning to this location.

worst KFC, upper management really need to look into this location. we went and staff were talking and joking around, over 10 min and nobody ever took our order. we tried to get their attention and nothing. we just left.
