I fell into the trap of a promotion that they published in the application and the manager named Maria did not know and from there I did not get her a manager is there to solve problems not to worsen the situation if a promotion is launched it has to be respected not what has already been paid they do not respect it it is not worth it

I don't know if you employee are rude to everyone or if it just me.. but I have never seen someone say no you can't have fries.. your rude and that seems to but the trend these days.. that is awful bc I always come to KFC and never have I been talked to like that.. please fix or I will never come back..

I came quite a while after the lunch hours were over ..... around 3 pm..... Almost all customers were long gone, .... the tables were all still dirty from customers eating at the tables,.... water rings.... & trays....ect. The floor was also quite dirty..... not just from dirt but dried foot prints... The lady taking the orders at the counter was not busy at all just talking to the other workers ..... but chose to wait untill I was halfway through eating to start sweeping,.... doing big sweeping moves very close to me.... pushing debris towards me in a small plume . ...... I even asked her to please stop sweeping the dirt twards me untill I finished eating..... she mutered something to me.... and kept sweeping....... I also used the rest room to wash my hands before I got to eat,...... & it stunk to high heaven...... of sewage..... DO NOT EAT HERE !!! NASTY ?
They close before 9PM what Google says is false...they don't close at 11PM

For the second night in a row I have been turned away when seeking service. The first night I was told they ran out of chicken. Okay that's understandable. The second night(tonight) I was told that there was no chicken and the kitchen closes at 10pm and they were clising for the night, despite the signage on the building and online saying open till 11pm. There were several other cars in line with me also. I will be back tomorrow night and I hope the problem with supply/management will be solved. Staff told me there was gonna be a meeting about issue. We'll see if this meeting brings a resolution. This is absolutely unacceptable.
