Just ordered 2 chicken n waffle combos and an 8 piece but didn't get my waffles. It's too hot to be running back n forth. They won't even answer the phone so I can discuss this issue. Chicken is tasty but this is the 2nd time I didn't get my waffles. R u all saving them and eating them? I wouldn't blame you they r to die for!!

I ordered a seven dollar fill up. The bowl was so little they barely gave me anything in the bowl. Didn’t even fill the bowl up then the chicken tenders that were in it or nuggets were so little then they give me these little strawberry things and they were hard and little it was just horrible. The place is dirty. I would never ever again eat here again.

There was a Mexican lady at the front register that was rude and unprofessional. Very sad that the cook in the back was so professional and helpful his name I can’t say but I won’t forget the helpful hand he gave me while I was having a difficult time with my pickup order. Sad they all couldn’t be helpful like him.

On 5/12/25 when to the drive-through ordered an eight piece family meal with four waffles and a cherry icy go to the window to hear it was $40. I asked the lady how much was the waffles seven dollars for each waffle that’s a rip off went to a different KFC. We sold a waffle for $1.69 and they was only accepting cash no card at this place

I was really disappointed with the chicken—it was overly salty and barely edible. To make things worse, they served chicken nuggets and tried to pass them off as real chicken. What a rip-off! I expected much better quality for the price.

The remodel is no good. The store looked better before. Food is not good. No crispy chicken anymore, regular items not on the menu, not good cust service at all. Not good KFC, not good.
