Overall, I really liked the store, but there's just a couple of things they need to get right or they're going to continue to lose tons of customers. I've accepted the fact that I have to scan my own groceries, but why are half of their self checkouts always closed. I'm scanning my own groceries, should I really have to wait in line. This Kroger is way too big to only have about 20 shopping carts. And then the staff is using about half of them for returns. And they aren't any in the parking lot either. This one has everything you need but really needs to order more shopping carts

I love shopping my neighborhood Kroger. They. Have good prices and great service and they put on meaningful sales every week. The produce is fresh, the meat is excellent and the bathrooms are clean. The Kroger on Bellaire and Pioeline in Hurst is well run.
