I really enjoy this kroger. I just don't like the meat department that much. I saw the worker taking out the trash and then fixed someone's order without washing her hands. She put on gloves as if that made it better.... ?

They always got their sale tags still up days later. How about take them down especially on locked items where its hard to see the expiration date

Never enough cashiers or self-check out lanes open. Also security guards lack professionalism.

Cashier was aggressively sliding down my groceries down the conveyor belt, while i was bagging them. Didn't tell me my total and was just looking at me with a unpleasant silent stare. Not welcoming or verbal at all.

This Kroger has a lock and their laundry and that's ok and all but atleast come to tend to customers in a timely fashion. I have to wait so long just to get detergent because no one comes at a decent time to tend to this case. So please don't come here for this purpose. I can associates for help but when I do they bluntly say they don't know that's always their answer regarding anything.

Moldy produce everywhere. Actually could not find non-moldy apples or oranges. Large amounts of the shelves were just empty and dirty. Lots of stock was covered in what looked like dripped syrup. Entire aisles blocked with carts full of trash.

Dallas is an HEB desert. Unless you want to drive out to the suburbs, this Kroger will get you by.

Closing manager was awesome we came in last minute and they waited for us.
They disconnected their lines so you can’t talk to anyone anymore. Like within the last month. But you can never get a pick up associate to come out with your order.

There are some good prices. However I've seen a cockroach at this location more than one time. When I showed an associate, he laughed it off ??
Detergent is locked up, and no one came after I pressed the call button 4 times and waited close to 10 minutes.
I have gotten good service from the manager Vincent. But the some of the employees don't seem to care about much.

Wish I could give zero stars. Their automated answering machine is worthless could never get through and once I did never did they picked up the phone.

The deli and cooked food area are above average but the security at the door are so harassing that I can't understand how they still have their jobs there. I come to the store pretty frequently but having to be stopped and take off my backpack each time when I see other people going in with their bags with no hassle is deplorable. Guess that's not a grocery store for everyone especially if you're black

Tried to buy just 5 items and the self checkout couldnt even handle that. "Help is on the way" 10 minutes later and im just gone and never coming back. This place just wastes your time not just with that but all the categories scattered willy nilly across the entire place
