We visited for the 15-course omakase, which was offered at 50% off. The chef was friendly and shared interesting details about each roll, which we really appreciated. Some of the dishes were excellent, while others were a bit too salty for our taste. The venue is beautifully decorated and located inside the hotel, adding to the overall ambiance.

The wife and I came here for lunch to the try the omakase and it was wonderful. Kyo is located in The Drey Hotel. Its small but stunning inside. The sushi is unique and creative. One of my favorite bites was the eel topped with coconut flakes. This place is a must try and we will definitely be back! Pro tip- go for lunch because it can get crowded during dinner.

This hotel lobby sushi spot was just okay. The fish seemed fresh, but the flavors didn’t stand out. Service was decent but slow. Fine if you’re staying at the hotel, but not worth going out of your way for.
