Last week i went there after i ate next door. It was around 7:30. I walked in and a girl with an accent and a short hair lady were laughing with the customer in front of me. I joined in and had the best time. It was so nice to see employees having fun at work. I did get my treat and ill be great. Thanks.

Horrible services ! I called to make an order and when the ladies ask what I wanted to order she place me on hold by the time she got back on call I had already park in front of the cafe, then I waited to order food inside and the lady place her finger up and advise me to wait , I took a call while waiting and she thanked me ask the people behind me how can she help them and I advise I’ve been waiting and ive been ready to order, where she than says how are you ready if you’re on the phone and I told her I took a call because she told me to give her a second and I had been ready to order. When I order my large salad I ask could I order my chicken Parisian to go and she yelled at me and say “what the hell you talking about” , and I said I’m asking to take the Parisian to go and she told me she did not want to help someone like me because I’m transgender and I ask her can we finish my order you have people waiting and the manager did not correct her rudeness and call me sir , I will not accept this kind of treatment ! I was embarrassed and disrespected! This is not the kind of employees serving your customers

I had a great time at La Madeline with my husband today. We ordered the French toast breakfast. His drink was orange juice and mine was hot chocolate. The food was delicious. The chef really outdid himself. We will be back hungry for more.

Solid French bistro the French ckn sandwich is AWESOME!! TOMATO BASI SOUP CLITCH....PICK 3 $10.99 SANDWIC SOUP OR SALAD AND A DRINK. ALSO FREE BREAD AMD JELLY. PERFECT FOR SCHOOL STUDY....OR AMAZING FRESH FRENCH PASTRY. Solid location!!!! Always clean and quiet! Half sandwiches remaining w to go tea and a jar of soup for later!! 2ppl$30 better than fast food crap food

Second time visiting this location worsts customer service by Manager she waited on me doing fine then another customer came in interrupted my order did not ask for me to waited it was a pick up order so I waited but all of a sudden the person started ordering I was like I’m in a hurry is my money not good enough so I walk out left hungry so little Etiquette poor customer service no respect for walk in order first time great customer service and introduce her self to me as the Manager I was so happy i decided to come in 2 nd time so disappointed I will not waist my money here I would have to look for new location thanks for the poor customer service I received

I had a great experience at La Madeleine! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service from Denise. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly taken care of from start to finish. Her positive attitude made our visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back, thank you, Denise, for the great service!

Waited for 5 minutes at the counter without being acknowledged by staff, who apparently prioritize to go orders that weren’t picked up. Awful management. Avoid.

This place has the WORST service and the food isn’t good enough to make up for it. The last couple of times I’ve ordered here they’ve completely missed an item in my order. The first time I called to ask for help and this offensive woman who had a fake sounding French accent told me it was”wasn’t her problem” that the item was missing and offered nothing for the missing item (not even an apology!!). The second time it happened I didn’t even bother contacting them because they were SO RUDE the last time I tried to get help. I left feedback on their app both times and, despite asking them to contact me about the issue, I still haven’t heard anything about the first time (which was well over a week ago) so I’m not holding my breath that I’ll hear back about the second time. I deleted the app and I’ll never order from this place ever again. Totally not worth it.

Deneen took the time to help me with my order. She’s a wonderful lady. I had the ham and bacon quiche, mushroom soup and a hot chocolate. Everything tasted good. The atmosphere is cozy. The fireplace was on which was perfect for the cold day in Dallas. This is a great place to stop by for a quick lunch or coffee while running errands in the area (close to Central Market on Midway Road).

I paid $60 for my order. Prime rib and provolone sandwich. The meat tasted bad and there was no au jus. Everything else was ok. Very disappointed. Questionable if I will order from you again. This is from the midway northwest Hwy. location.
