This is my favorite location to come to. The staff goes above and beyond. The Dr Pepper was dispensing correctly and they spent almost 20 minutes trying to get it right for me!

Honestly one of the best pastas I’ve ever had. I had the mushroom Alfredo pasta and it was sooo delicious. Their bakery items are definitely one of a kind!! I live their fruit tarts which are my all time fav BUT any of their items are super delicious and great. Price is reasonable.

Kye is incredible. I really wish they would schedule additional people because he is pulling the job of 4. Drive thru, online, busser, front counter. Great food. However, coming from a restaurant GM, schedule more people.

Why is there only like 4 people working. They are so slow. They don’t know how to multi task. It’s embarrassing. Slow service for crappy overpriced food.

The soup tastes like it came straight from a can. The lettuce in my salad wasn't fresh. I asked for crackers and she said they didn't have crackers but offered me bread. Got home. No bread.

The staff here is fantastic. Everyone so polite and helpful. They were out of the quiche and the guy offered a whole new fresh baked to go. I love when people have a great positive attitude and enjoy their job. Thanks.

I went in this morning for having some breakfast. The coffee ☕️ was brewed freshly and it tasted delicious. The croissant 🥐 was absolutely amazing, nearly like in France. The sandwich 🥪 was ok.
The restaurant was clean and the service guy very friendly.
Porcelain is available for in-house and real cutlery! Great that you try to avoid producing a lot of trash 💪💪💪

We had a to go order and the store was very busy..I did not verify my order before I left. That was my fault. When we got home our order was wrong and incomplete. I called the store back to talk to the manager and she couldn’t have been any nicer. I am in Richardson and she had a delivery of my correct order plus some extra things sent to me. She went over and above any expectations and was so nice about it!! This is our favorite La Madeleine store and worth the trip!!!
