They should be more careful with the products because it is for human consumption but it seems that they don't care. That matters only the money

As a small business owner, I am always excited to see a place that takes sanitation to another level! This place is the best paleteria I have visited!
Both of the ladies there were extremely helpful. They greeted me and also wished me well after giving me exactly what I wanted. They helped me & the guests in front of me with a pleasant Energy!!!! All fruit is fresh. All of the snacks are delicious. Stop by!

The fresh waters are not like in Mexico. They are powder with ingredients from packets. Try this test... order a Jamaican water and when you get home, put it in the freezer for a while. When they take out the Ban glass, let's see how all the powder from the ingredients sticks to the ice! The women who serve need help, there are only 2 of them. They take a long time to attend to me.

Mangonada was yumm! The fresh mangos were really good. Will surely visit again and try everything in the menu.

I am not sure who the manager is but a few months back maybe a year back everything was great service and great food. Lately watermelon is spoiled and in bad condition and they force you to buy it like that. Employees whisperer among each other after some of us will be finding out that we are being charged for additional items. Items will be missing key ingredients that make them delicious such as the avocado, jalapeños among others, even after specifying that you want everything on the order. Many things can be tolerated, but the fact that people will be eating bad watermelon or food in bad condition can definitely very be very dangerous. Also stealing from customers is not very professional. When my mother complained about the watermelon, the lady was refusing to change it to fresh watermelon but eventually did get better one. After that, my mom witnessed how the employee asked another coworker what she should do with the watermelon and she was advised to keep it and not throw it away.

The young lady that took our order, was so rude. I said my order incorrectly which it happens and as soon as I told her my correct order nicely, I even apologized because she had already started doing the order. She said “ I asked you twice” with a nasty look on her face. Yes, she did ask twice, but I had a big order and got confused. She also started mumbling with her co worker. I’m sure they were both talking about me. They are both so disrespectful with no class and no manners whatsoever. I’ve been calling this location but the number is out of order. I will be going up to the store to ask to speak with the manager.
