I don't believe in perfection but after eating here I can assure you that this place is going to make me change my mind!!!
Amazing food I can honestly say after years of trying so many different Hispanic spots this is definitely top 10.

The restaurant has had different names, but La Noria seems to be a steady business, being the only option to eat within a few blocks of the nearby warehouses. The food is good, but one customer noticed the cook making their tacos without gloves and with long nails, which was concerning. The rice, beans, and fresh, hot tortillas were enjoyed, and the salsa was satisfactory. Offering aguas frescas could be a nice addition.
Customers have been visiting since the restaurant first opened, and everything they've eaten has been good, with some dishes even better than at other restaurants. The service is great every time, and the waitress remembers the regular customer's drink order.
