“I was here yesterday 8/16/24. It was my first time I wanted something light for lunch and this came up. I was happy to see a Latino restaurant in downtown Dallas. I ordered the two empanadas special for lunch. I ordered a beef steak I believe and another type of meat kale salad, but I had to return it because it had brown kale leaves going bad. Be careful so I replaced it with cilantro rice it was delicious a bit hot but yummy, when I tasted the empanadas I couldn’t really tell the difference the flavors from each one. I was expecting them both to be different because of the meat and the spices they use. I enjoy the spicy salsa versus chimichurri. Chimichurri was a bit sick for me. I was expecting it to be a little bit oily. I had the hibiscus water, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I would definitely come back hibiscus water, but it was a bit too sweet for my taste, but I would definitely come back and get one empanada for a light snack if I’m in the area. I do have to say please fix your AC because it was too hot yesterday and I feel for the workers in the back. I hope they did have an AC. Blessings“

“I had such a great experience here on Saturday! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was wonderful and attentive. Chef Brandi is incredible—her dishes are full of flavor and creativity, I'm from Peru, so I loved the variety in the menu and love seeing some familiar dishes. She truly took great care of us. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for both amazing food and a welcoming experience!“

“This was unexpected. Don’t be fooled by the location or small amount of seating… every dish they brought out just kept getting better and better! I personally would’ve liked a little less automation and technology in the experience (taking our drink orders while also using a touch screen coffee maker instead of hand-crafting the drinks), but if they’re taking that time saved and putting it into the food - that’s fine by me!“

“Can’t beat a $93 ($77 food + we tipped 20%) endless dinner for 2! We LOVE Casa! My boyfriend and I go every birthday. We decided to go tonight as a late anniversary celebration. Food was phenomenal (chicken, lamb, and steak were extraordinary today), service was amazing, and we loved it. The ONLY thing that saddened me is it appears they have changed their lemon vinaigrette recipe… it used to be my favorite part of the meal, but it is now a honey mustard-forward dressing. Sad to not have my fav, but I’m still walking out stuffed!“

“Great food at the new location at Cypress Waters. Terrific hospitality- we enjoyed meeting Miriam herself as she came to greet us. Food is mild but flavorful. My favorite is the pork belly taco I got on the sampler plate. My husband enjoyed the short rib tacos as well. Ample portions as well.“
