Tortilleria Tuzantla offers a variety of authentic Mexican dishes, including tamales, menudo, and flautas. The menudo has been described as tender and flavorful by some customers, while others have found it pale and tough. The tortillas are made very well and feel substantial, holding taco fillings perfectly. The flautas are highly recommended, and the green salsa is praised as vibrant and just the right amount of salt. The small tortilleria may have limited parking, but the food and friendly staff make it a local favorite. The place also features giant bags of masa and an enormous tortilla machine, indicating their dedication to quality. Overall, the food is healthy, tasty, and affordable, making it a great spot to visit if passing by.
