We have been going to Lavendou over their 29 years in business. It never disappoints. But lately we have increased our visits. And are happy we have done so. Food, service, ambience always excellent. And save room for desserts. Our faves are soufflés or profiteroles.
The food was excellent, as usual. Very busy and quite noisy if you're looking for something more quiet and romantic. Although it was stated on our reservation, there was no mention of my wife's birthday. Service was good, but a little hectic.
We dined here for restaurant week and enjoyed delicious food. Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The ambience was noisy though, I think for our return visit, I would dine at an earlier time in the evening.
