Went to a birthday celebration for a friend, and paid in advance for the admission, drinks and hookah. The invited guests had issues getting in and had to pay extra $25 to get upstairs where the guest of honor was, we had to pay additional "fees" for drinks and hookah that cost the same as the prices posted so we paid twice, still didn't get the champagne bottle. The staff was all hostile for some reason everyone from the security to the bartender had a bad attitude. Come to find out later on in the night they moved everyone from the upper level to the lower level offered no compensation for the 9 people that paid to get upstairs. And didn't bring any of the birthday drinks till after midnight ? if you do decide to go be aware of price gouging.

This place has the worst cleanliness standards of ANY establishment I have ever seen in my entire life.. the dishwasher in the back barely works, I've seen a few roaches in different areas running around this establishment, and sometimes the customers are served in dirty glassware. Very unsanitary during the working

Hey! I just wanted to say that the food was amazing and the drinks were perfect. The chef did an incredible job, and the bartenders and bar backs were so friendly and welcoming. I had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

I live next door (surprised)? And when I asked one of your patrons to please turn their music down blaring from car next to our apartment building, they started walking towards me. He was drunk (and so were the rest of their party) so all I could do is run and hide behind the Amazon lockers. I know y'all can't help what your patrons do or act like but there are residents that live next to y'all (people) that simply want a good night's rest and not feel their safety is threatened when they ask "can you please turn your music down - I live here?"

I went to the day party this weekend and the music was great but it seemed like everybody was just standing around. There was no dancing or anything going on so I think instead of being called a day party it should be called a social.
I had no expectation but to have a great time and the best part about this place is the chef. Otherwise the smell is of sewage and when you are under the influence… it smells 10X worst… the bathroom was nasty around early brunch… like y’all just barely opened… meaning you guys haven’t cleaned the bathroom the past two days…. Cleanliness is lacking throughout the entire establishment…Management is disgustingly rude and unprofessional… look for picture description where I wasn’t afraid to pull out my phone
