Went to a birthday celebration for a friend, and paid in advance for the admission, drinks and hookah. The invited guests had issues getting in and had to pay extra $25 to get upstairs where the guest of honor was, we had to pay additional "fees" for drinks and hookah that cost the same as the prices posted so we paid twice, still didn't get the champagne bottle. Olivia was our bartender she was very attentive, very nice, and knowledgeable about drinks to our liking. Now the other bartenders on that shift could have done better.
Now a coffee shop named Songaa Coffee in the morning. Current coffee hours are 7-11 M-F, 8-12:30 Saturday, and 8:30-1 on Sunday.
At Level Dallas, the bartender Olivia stands out for her attentiveness and knowledge of drinks. The food is amazing, thanks to the talented chef. The friendly bartenders and bar backs make the experience welcoming. While the day party had great music, it lacked dancing, feeling more like a social event.
