Very welcoming staff/owners. This is Mexican food from the state of Veracruz. Each state in Mexico has their own seasoning and style of cooking. Loved eating their banana leaf-wrapped chicken tamales for breakfast. They were super delicious. Coffee was great. Will definitely come back.
Despite the initial skepticism due to the prices on the menu, my daughter's desire to try the food prompted us to order #25 Antojitos, #14 Platillo de picaditas, and #2 tostadas, along with chips and salsa. The authentic Veracruz cuisine was truly delightful, with the rice, beans, picadas, tostadas, chips, and salsa being some of the best I've ever had. However, the meat in #14 was not as impressive.
