Saturday night so it was pretty busy. I tried ordering on the app but it wouldn't go through. When I called they said the servers were down. Well the employee on the phone showed great customer service skills. I could tell they were busy but she didn't rush me and even repeated the order back to me, to make sure everything was correct. At pickup it was busy but the employees were addressing all the customers that entered. The store was clean and the wait really wasn't long at all. This is one of the better Little Ceasers I've been to in a while. Alot better than the Buckner locations I had been using. I definitely will be back! Hopefully their App will be fixed soon-

The worst customer service experience i had today. I come in to order a hot and ready and the lady told us we had to wait 15 minutes for a pizza. I was confused cause i was several pizzas ready and were just there. I asked for some wings and lady said i had to order online that they dont sell in store but i saw people buying wings. I see people walk out with pizza coming in after me. 2 ladies on the registers and another lady just standing there doing nothing. They kept saying to wait when i would ask for pizza.This store is a disaster. There was no reason why my pizza was taken more than what it’s supposed to be. And i got a cold pizza .What a waste. Will not come back to this store.

Absolutely not, ever in my life will I try to deal with these people again ESPECIALLY on the phone. Had to make an order for carry out that wasn't very complicated and told them to put Mario as the name, when my man went to pick it up they couldn't find it and he overheard part of one girl saying maybe they don't see it because it was past the pick up time and the manager yelled at her to stop talking like she was trying to make it so they didn't have to say they sold it.

My man ended up ordering an extra most bestest pepperoni, they gave him another kind of pepperoni that wasnt extra at all, and when I called them to find out what happened the manager Michelle is playing dumb and swears she's trying to help me out. Whatever. Thanks for the migraine.

If I could this would be a zero Stars this place is terrible. It's ran by a bunch of kids that don't know how to provide customer service. I witnessed the mistreating a brown skin customer where she has been waiting basically 45 minutes for a half cheese half pepperoni pizza. Other Hispanic patrons were ordering and getting their Pizza in 7 to 10 minutes and I even witnessed getting skipped when I had requested hot and ready pizzas. On top of that the cashier charged me for extra most bestest Pizza when that's not what I asked for. Paid $20 for two pizzas and a 2 L when did Little Caesars get so damn expensive. Y'all don't even taste that good for those prices. I'll never go back to Little Caesars again period its not even worth spending my money

Ordered a Stuffed Crust Philly Cheese steak w/ Extra Mushrooms. This was a custom order, not a cookie-cutter order. Because of the custom request, I was charged $16.23 for the single specialty pizza, and then charged $2.15 extra for extra toppings, this is understandable and reasonable. What is not reasonable, is to be given the expectation of 15 mins for completion of order, and then when I inquired about my order, I was told it would be just 5 more minutes..I was not informed my order was not properly made and had to be re-made, over 30 mins go by and still order was not complete, I politely requested a refund. Refund was processed back on card, but no empathy, or sincerity about the shortfall was offered. The manager Esmeralda was rude, and even implied that the shortfall was my fault bc I ordered a pizza they don't normally make. I was made to feel as though my patronage was not valued, and that my presence as a patient, paying customer was not wanted. My large family and I frequent this location, that will not be the case any longer.

Bad customer service . I ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas and I had to wait over 20 minutes while people who didn’t order ahead were able to come in order and leave . To top it off she tried to charge me extra and when I asked why she just smiled and said sorry

The worst customer service experience I ever experienced before I order one piece of one piece is taken an hour. I’m seeing everybody else walk out with multiple boxes coming in after me. One piece is taking one hour and longer. I’ve been waiting outside for hour. This is ridiculous. I don’t know what kind of piece of shop this is but it needs to be shut down . It’s Saturday. Everything’s moving slow. I’m not being taken care of just because I am a pick up order horrible customer service never come here don’t ever come here. I was told they can’t help me at all since I ordered online Saturday night wait a whole hour with a one-year-old just for one piece. I see people waiting outside with their kids for over 30 minutes for one piece. This restaurant store is ridiculous. They can’t give you no reason why your pizza is taken more than what it’s supposed to take. A very rude old lady with glasses with stars in her head I asked for a secure cover to make sure my pieces stay closed after waiting an hour for one piece and she refused to give it to me with the attitude and push my piece to the corner for me to get it without the secure thing on it I asked who pizza is she just said it’s yours. She had to get a manager just to get a security thing so my pizza box won’t fly open horrible customer service for this whole restaurant I will never ever come back ridiculous the way they treat their online customers. People been waiting over an hour for one piece so while they are just walking with no pepper in their step, trying to help other people out while they have six employees back there, I waited an hour for one pizza while they have six employees in the back
