Staff is insane. Guy lost his composure and started tappijg his hands like he was about to go ballistic this location is rough and has unstable staff. The manager came to the window and was way more unprofessional slapping her hands around, didn’t give me a receipt. I gave them on camera acting very unprofessional…. I had to repeat my order 5 times. When I got to the window he didn’t capture my drink. When I reminded him he took a deep breath and said “I didn’t hear that, next time talk louder”. As a business owner this franchise needs to better vet their associates. I’m complaining at the corporate level but since this is poorly ran franchise that does not participate in any LJS promotions they will likely keep this scary staff

Read to the end. It is old chicken. Check your food before you get it and ask and be polite because they will not do as you are asking them to like they take the food home that is not cooked to feed their families and give you the old chicken

I have always been a big fan of Long John Silvers, but they are being seen less and less. Last time I ate here years ago it wasn't that great and today it wasn't good again. I had my reservations before going in. 3 piece fish L8, $13 tasted old and one piece was semi hard and stale. The fries where old, tough and tasted like cardboard. I had to cover my fish filets in catchup to eat. It's a shame, but likely my last visit to LJSilvers.

I was attempting to get some food about 30 minutes before they closed and I was told that LJS was already closed, the closing time was reported to be 10pm. Guess that is just for the workers.

Stopped by at 9pm lobby was locked and was told the Long Johns was closed. All signs said 10pm. Said we could get KFC though.
