There's a reason why Long John silver's is in decline. Owners are in New York so it is unlikely that they know how the place looks, or how it's run. All they really know is revenue and profits. The food is normal Long John's, though wasn't cooked all the way. My cheese curds were cold on the inside but hot on the outside indicating they drop them in the fryer but not long enough.

The staff seemed to be lost and unorganized, we went through the drive through and whoever was working it today was not on the clock if you get what I mean. Completely lost ...made an order which had two meals we ordered on e came with a drink and as we proceeded to make the drink order everything was out besides lemonade which wasn't stated until we tried to order a coke which wasn't available then a DP since that wasn't available and then a starry since that wasn't...

I have to say my food is always fresh when I go here the lady at the drive thru is courtesy but the time of wait and prices going up is crazy. To the owner of this establishment make sure you invest 1 in your employees 2 in fixing up your store your kitchen needs to have all working items. Other than that the staff is doing a great job
