I believe it was Mara that took care of us. Had a great experience with great food. It’s definitely Tex-Mex, but good Tex-Mex!

Most Disappointing Mexican food I’ve had. Got the brisket fajitas. Brisket seems like it was from a few days ago. Super dry and bland flavor. My friend got the carne asada and I swear they put no seasoning on it. Not even salt and pepper. We got some margaritas and they came out 3/4 full in the cup. I understand it’s by the ounce for liquor but at least put some more ice in it. $15 for a partial marg is insane. Never going back.

Friday lunch, NO place to park!
I was so excited to come here, the reviews were wonderful and my expectations were super high. As soon as i saw that it was connected to a hotel I regretted dragging 7 other people there. I was soooo disappointed.
The enchiladas were barely consumable at best, the toppings on the trio I got had evaporated under the heat lamp, so basically I was eating white cheese tacos disguised as enchiladas without 3 different sauces. What a let down. No one at the table thought much of their dishes, plus, using the word “dishes” feels like a stretch, it was pretty terrible. The best part was the salsa and the beer. by far the worst were the beans, both refried and charro…absolutely nothing special about them. And the tortillas aren’t made in house and if there are they should consider hiring a new maker. They were bad. and the top winner for worst of worst was the Mexican/Spanish rice. That must have come from a box or a pre-prepped package. ZERO flavor. I wouldn’t recommend any of the food, none, even the chips had no salt on them. Come on now! The entire experience screams Sysco Foods pre-packaging. The queso tasted like it came from a jar. Don’t order it. Not worth the money. One of the enchiladas had 4 tiny cubes/pieces of smoked brisket, yes it was smokey, smokey smoke. So if you love your meats smoked, well then you may have found your place.
The place is beautifully decorated and the servers were super professional and speedy. The parking sucks, bad. I asked about valet but was ignored. So I guess the hotel valet parking isn’t for the restaurant patron’s.
I really wanted to love it but it just failed me at every turn.
If you’re looking for real Tex-Mex food in Dallas, then go to Tipico’s on Northwest Highway, behind Love field. Thank me later.

I recently dined at Los Charros in Dallas and I am still dreaming of their flan and flautas. It’s a charming restaurant attached to the The Graduate by Hilton with in house curated meet selection and a unique/elevated Tex-mex experience You can tell they pay attention to the details at this place, and it made the experience all the more special. Must gets are the flautas and the flan. Best flan I’ve had, it was simply perfect. The flautas were savory and crunchy with their smoked chicken, griddled cheese and fresh garnish. I would highly recommend their cocktails here as well, they were excellent and I have high standards for a good cocktail. Whether you want some guacamole, queso, salsa, a good drink or a good meal, you’ll find it here. Service was top notch too. Excited to visit again soon.

10/10 Stars! Highly recommend dining at Los Charros. Our server Carlos was fantastic, attentive and gave great recommendations. We had the kings ranch chicken breast and the fajitas - waygu and brisket were delicious. Best apps and dessert - must order the tres leches and flan! Wow. Everything was finished. The drinks were the best I’ve had, highly crafted, unique and full of flavor. The GM Martinez was remarkably kind, personal, and helpful. Absolute must for a wonderful Tex Mex experience.

Best service I've had in Dallas in over 2 years. By far best food too!! Recommend the king chicken ranch and fajitas where we were able to get both the brisket and the pork! Drinks were so good, appetizers were so flavorful and best flan and tres leches cake. YUM!!! Carlos is the best waiter too
