Food was great! I love their different options. Except for the queso, needs improvement. Cool atmosphere too.

Best (higher quality) Tex-Mex near SMU. New restaurant! Food was fantastic, ambience is fun and the place is clean.

Smoked brisket was super smokey and lean. Wagyu fajitas were delicious and memorable. Crispy tacos (deep fried!?!) were unique and amazing. Worth trying and returning for.

At breakfast we met Chef Ryan and he offered us the full menu. He is experienced, knowledgeable and kind. He even gave us a list of Dallas restaurant recommendations (but we returned here for dinner!).

We enjoyed no-alcohol strawberry margaritas and iced lattes from their coffee bar.

I highly recommend Los Charros and it is the closest and best place we found when visiting SMU. Would be terrific for larger parties too.

Very good. Love the fajita smoked concept on the Tex-Mex. Great shouts to Doak and Dandy Don! New place that needs to be checked out !

Brisket was amazing and the staff was very attentive and kind. I was surprised the server knew the menu so well since they just opened but she was great. Might have to come back and try the fajitas, they smelled amazing.

Not a great first impression. Soft opening party yet the place was empty. Pretty Blond hostess wasn’t even friendly about turning us away or sharing any info. There’s only 100 other welcoming Tex Mex places to choose from.

They just opened but the staff was so attentive and kind. They were knowledgeable of the menu. The brisket in the quesadilla was perfect and actually tasted like quality bbq. I could have had that alone which I was impressed by.

Randomly popped in on a Thursday, we didn’t realize it was only their second day open! Wow was the food amazing& the service even better!! Ask for Chris when you come in& he will take the best care of you!!
