LOUISIANA CAJUNQUEEN offers an amazing experience with food that is on point, hot, and fresh. The catfish is fresh, hot, and favorably, described as real catfish with thick meaty filets. The wings are crunchy and juicy. Meals like the 2 piece catfish with 6 wings and the 2 pc filet with mac and dirty rice are popular. The sides, including fries, dirty rice, and mac and cheese, will have customers wanting more. The boudin ball is good as well. The owner and staff are amazing, providing a welcoming vibe and great customer service. Late business hours are appreciated for late night cravings. While the location is a small spot, big things come in small packages, and the trip is worth it even from an hour away. The food tastes just like home, from the Chicken to the Gumbo. This is most definitely a new catfish spot for many.
