Yes, this place was a no. Came to visit, 15 of us upon approaching the counter the old lady that was working was very annoyed and trying to move quick but with an attitude. As I got my food I sat waiting and watching she seemed to be really friendly and kind to ?? but very nasty with ?? cutting her eyes rushing us and tossing the pizza on the plate to ne warmed up. First impression LAST impression. Take a few minutes to walk further and go to the food court is she is there.

The Real Nerd
Our experience here and the food was outstanding! Unfortunately, someone in our party liked it so much and ate so much so quickly she had a medical issue. (Low iron) Also unfortunately, I got so worked up I went and confronted the workers thinking something was wrong with the food. Now, fortunately, after the medical issue was taken care of, she stated it was the best salad she has ever had. I have to admit, what I ate was quite excellent as well. The staff was completely professional. It was an awesome experience all the way up to the medical situation. (Which was NOT their fault). I only wish I could apologize to the staff for getting them worried.My only advice is this, the food is so good, if you have any form of medical issues, be careful not to eat it too quickly. Take your time. .... cheers

Why have something posted on the menu if I can't order it? I wanted a chicken spinach Alfredo flatbread pizza. The lady shows me the pizzas under the lamp and says "this is all we have." I said "you can't make it?" She says "no." So why is it even listed on the menu then? I don't understand why they can't make a pizza that is listed on the menu.

the cimda more or less the staff super pedantic not at all friendly the man who is serving the pizzas super rude he is working customer service if he doesn't like his job he should look for one who if he likes it but it's not his fault and also super expensive in 2 pieces of pizza and 10 wings and a juice $46 dollars it's not even a big deal that it was delicious it's worth it it wouldn't hurt me to pay but for that and the bad service and besides you have to get up for everything napkins your drink and your Food, you still have to leave a tip, you leave a tip when there are waiters serving you, they bring everything to your table, not only because they put the food on a plate, they are already paying you for that work, you still bring it to the table yourself.

Worst place to go. Legit , had to wait 45 minutes for a pizza that was already made and calzone. Took my money and still had wait because the cashier did not submit the order never gave me a order number and I still yet had to wait another 30minutes for a pizza and calzone. The cashier and this other employee throughout the whole time I was there where on their phones texting and sending audio messages while having clients wait until they finish their message. Honestly horrible customer service. The only lady who was really nice and attentive was Aide Marquez. She was very sweet and stopped to help us get our order out . The front staff have to just like Aida more attentive and professional. Improve your customer service.

we came here to eat and the guy has a bad atitude and dindt give us a plate and we pick up our order and the next customer was withe ppl and he took the food to their table what that means? your service need to be same for everybody no just for withe ppl i think they are racist or some like that. never come back here again. bad experience.
