Appetizer of zucchini fritte was really good and worth the trip. I had them grill my chicken, instead of parmesan crust, did excellent job! Worth the stop and eat anytime.

We had a disappointing dining experience here. The food quality has gone down over the years - the spaghetti with meat sauce was rather bland . Our server was polite at first but distracted and forgetful and eventually she just gave up - she forgot to bring us Parmesan cheese and when asked she simply plopped it on the table and went away for a while. I think Maggiano’s best days are behind it , there are better options at Northpark and we will not return

After being told another restaurant could not accommodate our group — despite obvious larger parties already seated — we were frustrated, embarrassed, and scrambling at the last minute trying to contact guests about unexpected changes. We decided to try Maggiano’s, and from the moment we walked in, the difference in hospitality was night and day.
The staff at Maggiano’s treated us with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. There were no attitudes, no smirks, and no making us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Instead, they worked quickly to accommodate our group and helped turn what was shaping up to be a terrible birthday experience into a memorable and enjoyable night.
The atmosphere was warm, the service was attentive, and the food was fantastic — but honestly, it was the customer service that stood out most. In a world where true hospitality sometimes feels rare, Maggiano’s reminded us exactly what it should look like.
Thank you to the team for stepping in and literally saving my 50th birthday celebration. You gained loyal customers because of the way you handled a stressful situation with grace and professionalism. Highly recommend! We had one small hiccup with my mom's order not coming out but the manager stepped in and corrected the issue promptly and no hesitation!

I have called this restaurant three times since we ate there on Saturday, April 18th early evening, where we unfortunately had horrible service and the wrong meal was brought to one of us after waiting over 30 minutes after our grandchildren were served. It was too busy to speak to a manager when we left and I called the next day and spoke to a nice manager who apologized and said a credit would be issued. It was not been. I have spoken since then to two other managers, but the credit has never issued to my husbands credit card. I last spoke to someone this past Monday - now six days ago and we still do not have the credit. Very disappointing evening and very disappointing followup. Sometimes things do go wrong which is unfortunate, but the follow through on a resolution has been horrific.
