It's mind boggling , it's probably the best airport food I've ever had. The Caesar salad was excellent. Mom's Lasagna was excellent. The Italian sandwich was good. The Spaghetti & Meatball had actual flavor. I can't tell you how many crappy Italian restaurants that I've been too across the united states and find actual good food at an airport was a real treat. The menu is not super deep and it's not the cheapest, but very impressive and not much impresses me.

The worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I came in over an hour before my boarding time and ordered a mimosa and breakfast platter. After 30 minutes I asked about my order and was told that it had never been put in because the bartender went to pump. When I talked to the manager, he said he had asked me if I was OK and basically blamed it on me. I had already ordered with two different people so how would I have known that my order had never been placed? The guy next to me also left because they took so long.

Some of the menu prices in the reviews are outdated so don’t use them for an estimate. 2 years ago the spaghetti and meatball was $17 and now it’s $25 before taxes!! Glad I didn’t commit. Walk a little further and there are still good options for half this price
Alicia was our bartender and all around great hostess. While we were waiting for our flight management was sitting to my right facing the restaurant (we were in the center of the walkway). We watched numerous employees standing at the hostess station on their phones and or chatting amongst themselves and ignoring people.

It was a great airport find. A rare gem. Our server was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Food was great - mediterranean spaghetti and kids’ raviolli, and awesome butter cake with fresh strawberries. Note that we are no fans of salty and overly sweet dishes. They got all of that just right. Wine and beer had good selections too. Certainly a good way to spend time whether your flight is delayed or you got a long connection.

Great service and cheaper than the sandwiches from the fridge in this airport, but my breakfast sandwich was cold and dry.

I had a layover today and decided to try Maggianos out. I was a bit hesitant at first because usually I just grab something quick to eat. But the food was okay but the server I had was phenomenal so I overlooked everything just by the service that Ray Ray gave . She made me feel so welcomed and accommodated all my needs. I really enjoyed my experience with her.

This place is so bad it HAS to be a scam.
Here's how it works: they take your money and just never ever bring you any food.
I had 20 minutes until my flight so I ordered 2 pieces of cake for my wife and I. The cake, by the way, is TWELVE BUCKS A SLICE.
20 minutes later I was still getting "just a couple minutes" while my flight was boarding. I asked them to just reverse the charges and SURPRISE SURPRISE they couldn't do that either. Eff this place and the idiots who run it. Will not be returning. Ever.
I spent 24 bucks and didn't even get my cake.

Restaurantji Recommends
The manager Jose, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Best service I’ve had at any Maggiano’s (especially for one in an airport). Food was also incredible.

Recommended dishes: Four Chesse Ravioli
Service was good and friendly but I would not recommend for breakfast. Oily/greasy food and bacon was badly undercooked.
Always a great place to eat before boarding. Great breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Good food, we had to wait to be seated, but service was good. Food was prompt , have to pay your server so that was not as quick but we had time. If you were in a quick turnaround it might be difficult.
