Nice food! I didn't expected to encounter a good restaurant like this in airport. Merlot they had goes well with tomato sauce
Good food, short wait. Best to eat in restaurant instead of area in walkway for best service. Italian and chicken pesto sandwiches and fries are very good.
I ate salad and my husband ate chicken Parm. Food was fine. However, the service was very slow and the server actually took the napkin and silverware off of a dirty table next to us! I had to tell her no way, and she got us clean ones. I watched while she did that. Totally inappropriate, a health code violation and disgusting. Makes me wonder what else they're doing.

A quiet respite in a busy airport. Very prompt service by competent wait staff. This Italian favorite is most welcome just past the security checkpoint. My Caesar Salad was fresh with more salad dressing than I generally prefer, but that's not a punishable offense.

I recently dined at Maggiano's in Dallas Love Field, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment we were greeted by our server, Travis, it became clear that the evening was going to be challenging.
Travis seemed to be under the influence, as his demeanor and reactions were noticeably off. He forgot our order not once, but twice, leaving us waiting longer than expected. This lapse in service was compounded by the state of his attire; his pants were so dirty that they looked like they could stand on their own. To make matters worse, his body odor was distinctly noticeable, which added to the overall discomfort of our dining experience.
Given these unfortunate circumstances, we made the decision to leave and eat elsewhere. It was a disappointing end to what we hoped would be a delightful meal. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Jessica is very rude. Got our drinks and didn’t want to order food because of her bad attitude.
Bar service was good. They got some work to do in the kitchen to improve. Waited 35 minutes for salmon that was waaay overcooked.
I have had Maggianos from Arkansas to Chicago and California. For the location in the Dallas Love Field airport to have the only issue during a 5 hour layover on my way back home is ridiculous. Sitting at the countertop to grab a nice meal and kill some time and I get told on a $120+ bill that I cannot be served another drink (keeping quiet while editing photos on my phone) at this restaurant. I would understand if I was an issue or being loud, however while on an extended layover while relaxing is an issue. I do NOT RECOMMEND visiting this location unless its for the food (To-Go).

Horrible service, bartender was terrible will never fly back thru dallas ever!
My two stars is strictly service. I am from Chicago and travel a bit to Orlando so super familiar with Maggiano's menu and really enjoy everything on the menu most time. Each place varies but pretty on point with consistency of food regardless where I go. Having said that I checked in with the host she gave the option to sit in the restaurant space or in the hall court (patio) I choice out to the hall court because I was traveling solo and wanted to people watch. Sat for a good 10 minutes. Bartender passed by 2 or three times as she was taking car if people. She for sure saw me. A mom and daughter sat down and less than a minute she took them menus, waters, and greeted them. I then sat another 2 minutes before I flagged the cashier behind d me taking to go orders what I needed to do to get serviced. She flagged a server that was literally already clocked out and gathering her stuff to leave. She was apologetic and took my order even tho I didnt get a menu ( of course I didn't need it) placed my order and left. The bartender that saw me 2 or three times in her rounds then brings me my food and walks away. She does come and check on me twice but at this point obviously is out of obligation and she is left solo. This left a real bad taste and honestly did not enjoy my meal. I could have picked any of the other locations in the airport and cheaper mind you but im familiar with the food and service so needless to say this fell super short of previous experience at different locations for Maggianos
