I ate salad and my husband ate chicken Parm. Food was fine. However, the service was very slow and the server actually took the napkin and silverware off of a dirty table next to us! I had to tell her no way, and she got us clean ones. I watched while she did that. Totally inappropriate, a health code violation and disgusting. Makes me wonder what else they're doing.
A quiet respite in a busy airport. Very prompt service by competent wait staff. This Italian favorite is most welcome just past the security checkpoint. My Caesar Salad was fresh with more salad dressing than I generally prefer, but that's not a punishable offense.
My server Jerrashay, I hope I spelled her name correctly, was so respectful and attentive even though I was only there for a short time I’m glad I got her as a server. She embodies exactly what businesses and people should be striving for. That is a great employee right there !
